Hi How are you doing We are on the trip to Ushimado now!
So, why don’t we head for the seaside? It's a five-minute drive to there
Now, we can see beautiful scenery! Here is ‘Ushimado yacht harbour’ where 400 of yachts are moored.
Can you see small guest houses over there? Now, I can feel the sea breeze
Next, we joinedthe sailing tour that is run by Hotel Limani. It's one of the most popular water sports in Ushimado
To my surprise, we have a chance to handle a yachton our own in the tour Oh, but don’t worry! Crew members are supposed to show you the ropes during the tour, so you can learn how to handle it quickly!
The yacht leaves the pier in the front of Hotel Limani every hour. The tour takes 40min
By the way, if I had a chance , I’d join the sunset sailing someday… it must be amazing! The only thing you have to do is…enjoy it!

There’s ‘Honren ji’ just around the corner.
This temple was built in 1347, and rebuilt in 1492. It used to be a place to invite and entertain a mission from Korea in Edo period. And as well as that, this temple would have been used as an accommodation for those people.
Shall we go inside Old buildings are preserved as it used to be. For that reason, they seems to be caught in a time warp
You must see the buildings which are designated as an important cultural asset, such as Hondo (in the picture on the left side), Banjindo, Nakamon(in the picture on the right side), and the three-storeyed pagoda.
Especially, this pagoda is fantastic since it really goes well with the dramatic scenery and the sea
Then, shall we look around I happened to come across this painting (on the right side), it seems to be quite old… I guess two people are drawn in it.
After a two-minute walk, we arrived at ‘Kaiyu Bunkakan’. There is a museum of the mission from Korea inside the building. It exhibits traditional Korean costume, pictures, and so on.
After that, we visited‘forza café’, then we fell in love with it We had a good time in the terrace seat which overlooks the sea. At twilight, it becomes more romantic…
We chilled out for a while looking at the sea…
Foods and drinks are so good! My favorite is …watermelon soda.
We are fond of the interior décor as well! It’s so sweet
We came across Japanese style seatsin the cafe! It looks comfortable
Actually, the way to the café is winding and narrow, whereas, it’s worth visiting!

The best location for taking a photo
1.This is a wonderful view from ‘Ushimado Olive Park’. The sea is called ‘The Aegean Sea in Japan’ because of its beauty!
2.We took this photo near ‘Ushimado yacht harbour’, it was a three-minute drive from there. The open sky and the calm sea made us relaxed
